EBWT has done 3.500 km in New Zealand since arrived last January. From Christchurch to Auckland and all the way down again, EBWT has been experiencing this amazing country. Â My initial thoughts were: This is the perfect country! But after 2 months riding around my ideas had changed a bit.
Today is the second day of EBWT participating on Wellington to Auckland bike challenge. I’m not the only electric cyclist, we are two, and the other one got a 50km/h bike! So no way to compete against him or any of the other cyclist with their 7kg bike. I managed to pedal hard on the flat being able to keep 35km/h for several Km (my bike weights 22kg), and also down hill up to 60km/h. But is impossible to beat this professional cyclist with Denisa. I thought I was coming to New Zealand in summer!!!
I was leaving Thailand on a sunny day, but I was just about to cross the Malaysian border at night, when the rain appears again. Well, is difficult for someone from Barcelona, call rain to such a huge amount of water fallen from the sky. My childhood rain, it wasn’t rain, it was a joke.
